Problem Resolution: We work in collaboration to resolve quickly

While it is extremely rare, on occasion problems arise. Our client ordered a large amount of branded custom safety vests in specific sizes. The product was imprinted in our facility with our client’s logo and then carefully repackaged for distribution. Upon usage, the client realized the XL’s were rather small and appeared to be approximately the size of the Mediums. In an effort to stand by our client’s and work toward a prompt and fair solution we issued a return label for the XL’s to review. We indeed discovered there was an error in the manufacturer’s production and the garments were indeed size Medium but labeled and packages size XL. Ramparts first priority is our client and we quickly reproduced all the XL’s for delivery within 3 days. All of the logistic and replacement details were handled behind the scenes. Issues do occur with freight providers, product, human error, etc. but with Rampart you have a partner who will work in collaboration to resolve quickly and fairly… it’s our commitment.
